Policies
Our policies are designed to protect both your time and ours. We take pride in trying to create a seamless guest experience, which means running on schedule and upholding our service guarantees.
Policies may vary by stylist, so we encourage you to communicate directly with your stylist for any differences.
LATE ARRIVAL
In order to respect the time of both clients and your stylist, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving less than 15 minutes late are subject to their services being cut short and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late maybe be subject to forfeiting their original appointment and along with a fee resulting in 50% of the cost of services scheduled for the day.
LATE CANCELLATION
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify your stylist or salon at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Anything less than 48 hours is subject to a 25% fee and less than 24 hours is subject to a 50% fee.
NO SHOW
In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 90% of the missed service(s). Two or more missed appointments equal being taken off ŌRA's client list.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is ŌRA's highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let your stylist know during your treatment or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
